Mr. Eric J. Watts, President of WordTalk Productions, LLC, is an Inspirational Speaker, Teacher, and Transformational Coach. He also fulfills these roles as an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team.

Eric inspires and helps people make positive shifts in their lives and businesses through his speaking, coaching, and faith-based teaching. He provides challenging-encouragement and helps individuals and organizations identify and clarify who they are, find their passion and fulfill their purpose.

A truly skilled and gifted communicator, Eric is an oft called upon speaker and presenter because of his fun and engaging style. His uncanny ability to connect pop culture references to leadership makes it easy for his clients and audiences to understand what leadership really is.  

Having survived for almost 20 years in Corporate America, Eric utilizes the leadership and life lessons he’s learned and skills he’s acquired to take his clients and audiences on a fun-filled journey into his favorite subject: leadership.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Business Leadership and Management from Ohio Dominican University, where he is also an adjunct business professor who teaches the fundamentals of leadership, business ethics, organizational management, and conflict negotiation and resolution at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
